CHRISTMAS GINGERBREAD

Christmas for our belt already, also you have to finally take for making gingerbread:)
For me it is great fun, I wish you the same!

Ingredients:

½  kg of flour
400 g of honey
cup sugar
 

¼  cube of butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder
spice for gingerbread





Pour honey into a pot, sugar, spices and warm up together until the sugar completely dissolves.


Add the butter, mix thoroughly and leave to cool slightly (so that they could knead the dough).


When the mass of our honey have a good temperature, add the sieved flour and baking soda and eggs.


Gingerbread dough well kneading, divide into several parts
and put in the freezer.


 On lightly floured pastry board rolled piece of dough to a thickness of about 1/2 cm.


 Molds for cakes, a glass or a knife cut out gingerbread.


 We put on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Before we put the gingerbread in the oven, we can spread some of these proteins from egg and decorate with colored sprinkles. Some gingerbread should leave without sprinkles, to be able to paint after baking them in pens for pastries, or decorate with icing.


Gingerbread bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes, until golden. 


After removing from oven gingerbread is soft, so you put them on a flat surface. Our spicy gingerbread will be best after about 2-3 days, when softened. But when time is pressing us, we can put
a box
of gingerbread to apple. In this way the gingerbread soften faster!
